I recently purchased a 2019 Indian Chief Vintage through Kristopher Scott at the Spokane store. I'm 65 years old and have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime. I can honestly say that I cannot remember having a better experience ever! I felt I was dealing with a best friend. Kris was 100% thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. Even after the deal was complete, he insisted on going over EVERY detail of the bike before I could leave with it. As a lifetime rider and mechanic, I can tell you that he is also very knowledgeable in what he is selling. He also never left my side until the final strap was securing the bike in my trailer. He insisted that I made contact with him after my first ride to check on my satisfaction.Also, since this particular model was the only bike I was looking for, I got WAY more for my money than I could have from any dealership from coast to coast...and there were plenty of them for sale!Also dealing with Tonya over the paperwork was an outstanding experience. Not only did I feel like I got a great deal, I feel like I made a couple of lifelong friends!

Just had 8K service done for 2021 G1800 DCT Tour (bike purchased 4/15/2021). Exceptional rapport with Eric and Josh, very helpful, knowledgeable service writers, kept me aware of status of lengthly 8K service for GW. Mike, service tech, did great job, paperwork looked good showing details of very expensive service.Service tech noted cracked headlight lens which I was not aware of before the service. I think it is a stress fracture which should be covered by factory warranty. Josh is investigating this matter, appreciate his help. Parts department still has not received all the parts I ordered which were supposed to be installed during this 8K service. Parts were ordered June 16, 2021; two items still remain on backorder. This is unacceptable, probably because Honda America has not yet caught up with supply demands. Appreciate the work done by Todd in Parts Dept with tracking the items I needed for this 8K service, and trying to determine their location. Because of this supply chain mess, I'll have to schedule another service appointment to install the remaining items after they're received, if they ever arrive?

Allsport was great to us however the post falls store sucks which is disappointing seems how they are the same owners.

I need the 24" windshield so I called ALLSPORT & Connie got me to the part's department I talked to Perry Cole & I was wondering if they would consider trading windshield's NO PROBLEM Perry told me just bring it in.. I recently had a Silver service done on my 2011 Spyder. I really appreciate the way the service staff treated me and the prompt service I received. I have driven it probably 50 or 60 miles since the service and it has never shifted as smooth and quiet as it does now. We are loading up to go to Yellowstone and Billings, Mt., I'm confidant the Spyder is in as good a condition as possible for the trip, thanks to Allsport service people. Thanks!!
